All in person meeting of just looking at paperwork, talking to clients, doing legal research, or giving out resources are now $50-$100 per hour.

(I ONLY TAKE SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!) (DON'T TRY TO BULLSHIT ME WITH DETAILS ABOUT A CASE THAT YOU ARE NOT BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!!!!). I understand that life happens, but it's your responsibility to make you are handling your case properly and be serious about it. 


New Inconvenience Fee: It will charge a fee of $50-$100 per hour plus travel. If I have to repeat giving advice/guidance over and over again! If you already gave you advice/guidance on how to go about your case. The client keeps asking for the same advice. They did not read my text messages or emails on said advice/guidance this fee applies! If I have kept asking for your legal discovery paperwork or anything pertaining to your case. This fee will apply!  If I have to redo any work because u are no longer happy or satisfied with the paperwork that's done. There's an hourly charge for that too. ($50-$100 per hour plus travel) This is my new inconvenience fee!

Power of Attorney paperwork: $100 total for financial and medical POA's Wills: $75 Trusts: $500-$1000: This is all the probate administration I will do for the public.

Worker Compensation: $250 per person/paperwork/case Medical Malpractice: $250(Motions, Petitions, Letters, etc.) 


The class action lawsuits: (EEOC and right to sue cases, appeals, civil rights cases), etc.: $300 Mediation/Arbitration: State Federal $50 per hour 


Disability Claims: $150/Disability Appeals: $150 Total: $300


Paralegal for Hire Prices: 

These are the services I offer on a limited basis: Legal Resources/Legal Research only (A fee will apply if I am doing just legal research/hire to do the paperwork) estate planning, probate administration, traffic, personal injury, inmate paperwork, appeals, tax related work, garnishments, Liens, Levy, Complicated legal/business paperwork


Anything related to having or owning property is part of probate administration. This is also only thing I can/will do. Anything else that need legal representation. Please hire legal representation/attorney. These courts are not playing with nobody about getting an attorney. 


Other miscellaneous work: Legal or Business(Please call me and leave a voicemail) I give you a quote on prices! All other legal and business related paperwork/services: $75-$2000 depending on the certain amount of help you may need. 


Paralegal for Hire Notary Prices:

License Notary: Local fees in Missouri/Illinois are $2.00. Travel fees (Notary): I charge a travel expense. It is $28-$30 for notary travel fees. I need all the travel expenses upfront.


Travel fees for preparation, process, and etc. paperwork: $50-$100 for round trip.

If u on some BS then I will charge an inconvenience fee of $50-$100 (per hour) plus travel

I charge 50% upfront once the settled price is agreed upon. Only if you are serious about getting the help that you need. This is including traveling purposes which means house visits, house calls, and meet and greets to a person's home.
